It’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received the cards for my rebate to payoff T-mobile. Kayla messed up the paperwork somehow and now they are wanting to give me a $800 credit instead of the cards to payoff my phones. Kayla also has terrible customer service I have to say on top of her like a 2 year old in order to get updates on what’s going on. I never get a straight answer from her. I wouldn’t recommend that store for customer service it’s by far the worst!

Since then every time a new phone comes out I get sales calls from this specific location asking if I want to upgrade my phone. I have told them numerous times to stop calling me but the calls keep coming. I am no longer even a Verizon customer and yet they continue to call to sell me a phone. Blocking the number that calls me doesn’t even work because they will call me from a different number. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME
