  Cricket wireless in wahneta would not answer my questions on the phone she said I had to come in to the store.dont they realize that some people literally can't get out and go to the store that they have to do everything online?

  This morning I came to pay my phone bill and to solve an issue . To figure out what was my PUK code for my phone. Since I had to try to put a SIM pin which I couldn’t figure what it was. So eventually I figured I needed to ask for help to my carrier since it’s cricket. This employee Lu instantly was disrespectful and said “ why did you even need a SIM pin “ I said so I can get access to it but I can’t figure out the digits since the carrier has all the information . She proceeded to be rude towards I don’t know if she was racially profiling me because I’m Latina. But the tension was there I was only looking for help and she proceeded to answer by saying “ call your carrier “ and I said “ but yall are my carrier and plus I can’t get access to my data ?” She was rude and I told her “ hey you’re being rude I’m just asking for help this is not the way to treat your customers. She proceeded to call me “ rude “ and “ To get out “ I’m so disappointed since I’ve been with cricket for 8 years. Never has this happened to me before . Don’t come here if you need help you’ll just get brushed off with a mean attitude.
