- JRJoseph Rivera6 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at this store today. I came in to simply update my billing card and the new lady Melissa charged me for an additional month of service 😡. I just paid my bill not even 2 weeks ago. I was also being refused a refund for something that was not my fault, she doesn't speak English and could barely communicate with me! I ultimately received a refund but I am very disappointed and upset something like this could happen. I will definitely not be seeing her again if I decide to come back here.

Until yesterday, I went into to add new phone to my plan. New phone bought and added everything went well. Then I woke up today to find out my account was suspended. Turns out that employee Luis G never told me about a 45$ charge. So, because of his careless mistake not only did my account get suspended I also had to pay 15$ because of his carelessness. Just to reactivate my account despite the fact that I never missed a payment in all of my time with Cricket. Also, when asked how much my monthly payment would go up, he told me only 10 more dollars. Turns out he does not know what he is telling the customer as I learned by restoring my account that my account payment was going up 28 more dollars. There is a big difference between 10 and 28 dollars. 18 dollars to be exact. I hate doing things online I would rather go to stores in person. As I can ask questions and get answers more easily. Now I guess I will be doing future things on the website as Luis G has destroyed my trust in this Cricket location.
