They don't do phone repair unless it's an iPhone. But they did suggest another place for me to go (I break, you fix it)

Terrible service from the staff. Online and through the phone the representative explained I needed to take my computer to the store so they could check the issue and try to fix it in the store at the moment. The representative at the store started first by explaining me the membership prices and the cost of just looking at the issue and the need to leave the computer at the store for 2-3 days. This was all a waste of time since I was never told on the phone about the requirement to first pay $100-$200 so they could only diagnose the problem. The girl representative was straight to the point, not even showing interest on explaining my options or providing me reassurance that my problem could be resolved. Horrible experience.

I used the remote service and it was terrible. I even started a new chat so they could try to fix the problem correctly. They just went through the same steps. Completely ignored my actual request. It was a waste of $ and if I could give zero stars I would.

Went to Aventura store , they sent me to Microsoft, told me that this is a hardware issue and they can not fix it, I spent time for nothing, Microsoft fixed my computer in 2 seconds, it was an update that needs to be done!
Microsoft told me geek squad are sending them all the time coustomers instead of solving the issues by them self !!!
