    Awful customer service in the laptop department. Waited over 30 mins for someone to come help us and finally he comes and tells us to wait.. comes back with candy chewing in our faces. Super unhelpful and because of how slow he was the people that came after us and were helped by a different tech ended up getting the last item.

    Mala experiencia de atención al cliente. Tardaron casi una hora en atendernos y en cada sector hubo esperas de alrededor de 20 minutos. No se puede tomar los productos por cuenta propia y los empleados parecen esquivarte, te pasan de uno a otro y nadie se hace cargo. Además, no tenían el producto que necesitábamos después de toda la espera. Es una lástima, porque la variedad es buena, pero el servicio al consumidor deja mucho que desear. Pareció más un trámite que un disfrute, resultó tediosa la experiencia.

    I had a bad experience with Vee which is a cashier, i know anyone can have a bad day even me but when a customer come to a place to get a service that doesn't make any sense to make him feel so bad to have a bad day i hope she change her attitude however i want to thank the manager of the store that gave me a great positive helpful customer experience.

    The worst place to shop online. They accept your order, and when you arrive, they say they don’t have the product. Then they tell you that the order has to be cancelled, and it takes up to two weeks to get your money back. I bought a computer and they won’t let me take the same one in a different color because the color I ordered is not available. They kept me waiting for three hours and no one could give me any explanation. Terrible customer service

    I placed an order at the Best Buy Aventura store on December 1st for an Oura Ring with store pickup. As of today (over two weeks later), the order is still marked as “delayed” with no clear timeline or resolution. What’s most disappointing is not just the delay, but the customer service experience. Both in-store and over-the-phone support have been unhelpful and inconsistent. Instead of working to fulfill the order or honor the original purchase, I was repeatedly encouraged to cancel my order and repurchase the same item in-store at a significantly higher price. I did everything correctly as a customer and paid in full. The delay is clearly not my fault, yet the proposed “solution” puts the burden and extra cost on me. I expected better communication, transparency, and accountability from a company like Best Buy. I hope management reviews how delayed orders are handled and how customers are treated when inventory or fulfillment issues arise, because this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
