I came in feeling overwhelmed and distressed, unsure of what I could do to salvage my laptop. When I got to the Geek Squad, they were incredibly helpful and patient, turning an unfortunate situation into a much better one. I'm forever thankful to Oleg and the other Geek Squad member who helped me. I did ask his name, but in the moment I was so stressed that I forgot it — I just remember he was cool, had some tattoos, and his name started with an A and had an l as the second to last letter. Seriously, the sweetest team. I would definitely come back!
