    Imagine you go to exchange an item at customer service and purchasing one thing as well. The lady won’t let you purchase and says go to checkout and forces you to wait in another line . This Best Buy at Aventura is one of the worst when it comes to customer service . Lazy workers all sitting down no help . Mind you I am a Total Member recently moved here from Pines . They just hire anybody these days .

    Beware of buying 'new' products from this location. They sold me an item that was supposedly brand new, but when my friend went to return it for me the next day, the store claimed the factory seal was broken and charged me a hefty restocking fee. I NEVER opened the box. This means Best Buy sold me a used, open-box, or previously returned item, passed it off as brand-new, and then penalized me for their own shady inventory practices. To make matters worse, the store manager refused to fix the issue or refund the fee, and regular customer service said only the store can help. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Inspect your boxes very carefully before walking out of this store, or better yet, buy somewhere else so you don't get scammed.

    Joshua Corea is absolutely amazing! My first time doing a big package purchase at Best Buy for my first home renovation, and Joshua made this experience outstanding! Extremely polite, knowlegable and thoughtful gentleman, took his time to make sure i undertsnad everything and that im geting everything i want. Thank you very much Joshua for assisting me with my purchase and for making this experience calm and enjoyable!

    First of all, I would like to thank upper management, especially Mr. Scott, who resolved the issue in just 5 days, something that the store managers (Steve, Oleg, Matt, etc.) had not been able to fix for 6 months. I purchased a phone with technical issues last year, November, and I only received my refund today, after 6 months. I was not the only one facing issues with this store. There were other customers dealing with similar problems, and I saw some of them almost every week, we practically became friends because of how often we ran into each other. Please be careful, pay attention and double-check everything before doing business with this store.

    Good place to buy tvs and electronics but the Geek Squad is the worse!!! I just bought an ssd for my ps5 and ask for assistance to install it and they refused to help me asking for $60 to put ssd in!!! I told them I’ll do it myself just help me to remove the back cover and I’ll do it myself, no help at all. I don’t mind to pay what is worth to pay but this is just a trick to remove back cover and I wasn’t able to figure out. The good thing one of random employee saw me upset and offered me help and after understanding my problems he explained me step by step how to do it and I did that home without any problems. I want to mention supervisor Brandon and associate Daniel definitely should not work at the customer service position. They don’t have a will to help people with minor things even information would help but they were ice cold claiming $60 and making a big deal out of it trying to schedule an appointment and so on. Bad business Best Buy , put the right people to work with your customers.
