    Do not go there for help. They focus on selling and do not care to address your problems. You will waste your time. Never accept Julian as an advisor. He is the worst by far. My phone has an obvious problem which over heating. It was never like that before the repaired it the first time. Perhaps they do that so that you end up buying a new one. They refuse to replace it with apple care. Even the manager said that it was a “software” problem and that it had to be updated. Now the phone is updated and the problem persists. They don’t care that the phone actually burns you when it’s charging or right after. I always have to keep an eye on it while it charged to make sure there is no short circuit and something bad happens. Hopefully it won’t melt or ruin any internal components or even explode (which would be an interesting legal case in court. They do not care about your safety, they only want to sell you a new product. It didn’t use to be like this.

    Después de más de una década usando productos de Apple (desde 2010), sinceramente ya no puedo seguir justificando el nivel de ineficiencia que manejan cuando surge un problema real. En esta ocasión necesitaba algo básico: cambiar la batería de mi iPhone 15. Previendo mi viaje, saqué turno con una semana de anticipación desde Argentina para una tienda en el Aventura Mall en Miami. Todo organizado… en teoría. La realidad fue otra. Llegué a mi turno y ya de entrada tuve que esperar 20 minutos para ser atendido. Pero lo peor vino después: no tenían la batería disponible. Increíble, considerando que el turno estaba reservado específicamente para ese servicio. Me indicaron que podía ir a otra tienda, en Lincoln Road, donde supuestamente sí había stock. Eso implicaba perder casi una hora de traslado en pleno día laboral. Aun así, intenté resolverlo más tarde: fui a las 20 hs, dentro del horario de atención. ¿La respuesta? Que sí, tenían la batería… pero que no podían hacer el cambio en el momento. Les expliqué que: * No podía quedarme sin teléfono por mi trabajo * El proceso demora menos de una hora * Me iba de viaje al día siguiente Aun así, la respuesta fue un rotundo “no”. Después de tantos años como cliente, lo que más molesta no es el error puntual, sino el patrón: falta de flexibilidad, cero capacidad de resolver situaciones urgentes y una desconexión total con la necesidad del cliente. Apple vende una experiencia “premium”, pero cuando realmente necesitás soporte, te encontrás con procesos rígidos, mala coordinación y soluciones inexistentes. Sinceramente, estoy cansado. Porque cuando todo funciona, es excelente. Pero cuando algo falla, quedás completamente solo

    Love it here, everyone is so kind!!!! Always have the fast service over the past year i bought an iMac, 3 apple watches, Airpod Maxes, and some apple air tags and everything was smooth and in stock and everyone who helped me was funny 😂 Such a great time when youre spending your hard earned $$

    Horrible service they have a bunch of people walking around for nothing. I dropped my son AirPods Pro max because he couldn’t hear from it ok they called me 2 times said it’s ready to be picked up. Coming to the store now his telling me they didn’t fixed it cause I don’t have warranty ok fine why whoever called didn’t tell me that so I could of did everything over the phone instead of come all the way for sitting in the AC. Now I told him going to paid to fix it his telling me I have to make another appointment seriously what kind of service is that mind you it’s 530pm next appointment at 645pm ok another hour fine since I’m here all of them walking up and down now it’s 712pm nobody haven’t come anything like I’m not excited every time I walked in to that store always like that I which I can throw all apple stuffs I have just not to come to this store ever again. I definitely NOT recommend anyone to that Apple Store in aventura. 720 pm one of them passing by saying you being here for a while let me see if I can help you never came back. In top of everything no public restroom the restrooms it’s for employees only. Now 744 pm a lady came checking saying I have 3 people heads of me like my appointment was at 645 pm she was like yes we short staffs today. 752 pm finally someone came. I still have to pay $299.00. After spending all those time here. Walking out exactly at 800 pm.

    Absolutely worst experience at the genius bar. I had my appointment at 2:50 PM. I came at 2:30 PM. I tried to check in twice. They told me that I am checked in. At 2:45 I asked the third time if I’m checked in apparently I wasn’t. Someone came to me only at 3:30 PM. Instead of helping me fixing my problem they said that the accessory works on their iPad. They told me that I have to call Apple on my own and see if they can fix the problem. I asked why couldn’t they fix it now since I’m in person at the genius bar and they told me that’s not how it works. Absolutely horrible experience. Genius bar is not what it used to be.
