  Been a customer for many years, and it just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. It's to the point you can't even stream a song from your phone without it having to stop and load. Customer service is absolutely useless you're always wanting you to reset your phone. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a quality service. I hate to leave but I have to find something where my phone actually works. It sucks so bad even their own app won't load half the time. And it's not like I live out in the boondocks, I live right in the edge of downtown Winter Haven

Danielle took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Danielle if you visit this location.
