I have been to this store twice and the staff will push hard to sell FIOS, cases, protection plans, etc. We specifically told her we didn't want protection plans (even noted on the receipt) and she still added them. She also added a new line to a phone we were trading in (supposedly to allow transferring data from one to the other) and it took 2 45 minute calls to customer service to remove it and I still had to pay surcharges/taxes. No one at the corporate store or with customer service could understand her reasoning. Make the drive to the corporate store in Brandon to avoid headaches/scams.

BUT this time around, Adrianna made upgrading my family's phones truly headache-free. She was super pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about the products and plans and what I was looking for. She took the time to follow up with the corporate office to make sure my plan and first bill were correct. I recommend this store and Adrianna to work with if you need to switch or update your phones.
