I tried switching to Verizon and I signed up for a prepaid account. The next morning I called the national number I was given just to give my credit card and go on auto debit. To save $10.a month. There was no message option to go on auto debit. The AI was useless. It did not recognize the words auto debit or bank debit or switch to automatic payments. Or even payments. So I asked for a customer service rep. The AI did not recognize the words customer support, customer service, give me a human, and many other suggestions. So I found there is no human support. So I tried getting a text to use the Verizon Virtual Assistant. That also did not work. So the AI was incompetent and there was no human support.I tried calling the Altamonte Verizon store where I signed up. The phone number I was given went to a voicemail that was not set up. So I could not talk to a human at the Altamonte Verizon store. So I tried texting the number.Nobody returned my repeated calls and texts. So I tried calling every single Verizon customer service number on the Internet. I could get no human support from any number. And every time, again, the AI was completely useless. The only way I could talk to a human was at the National Verizon sales department by pretending I was a new prospective customer. And they could not help me. They have me phone #s that again went to the useless AI.When I went back to the Altamonte Store the next day to cancel less than 24 hours after signing up? The manager told me the $63. Fee I paid was for the phone. And it was non refundable but I got a great deal on the phone. So I left and signed up with my original cell phone provider and tried to use the phone I just paid for from Verizon. It took over 2 hours to get the service switched from Verizon. Primarily because again, Verizon's AI is incompetent. It didn't recognize it's own account number it assigned me. Anyway I finally got it switched over. Now the phone frequently locks up and I can't get on the Internet without removing and reinserting the SIM card. Because it is no longer a Verizon SIM card. And it won't let me text or make calls at all. Even after removing and reinserting the SIM card. So now I need to buy a new phone since the one I paid Verizon for will not function properly without a Verizon SIM card. So in addition to wasting many frustrating aggravating hours of my time on attempting to set up auto debit payments to Verizon and switching over to a different carrier I was ripped off by having to keep a phone that will not work properly without a Verizon SIM card. I would never ever even consider becoming a Verizon customer again...

I just bought a new iPhone 16 from this location, and it has manufacturer issues. When I went back to exchange it, they were unhelpful and didn’t give me my warranty. They told me I have to contact Apple to replace it. I feel like I was scammed with a lot of gimmicks and poor customer service.”

Beware! This store is beyond a disappointment! Decided to switch over to T-Mobile after being a client of Verizon for years. The staff at this location lack customer service skills and in my experience don’t care to have you as a client. Verizon used to be better than this. I think I could get better service from a metro pcs store!
