    I love this location Mildred and Maleek always welcome me with a smile and are always helpful. From helping me with my billing, phone set up and accessories. They are always friendly and the staff is very accommodating.

    I'm still.gonna go with T Mobile!! The staff definitely were "under" knowledgeable!! Helps to research in advance and make some phone calls in advance. A good case of one hand unaware of how the other hand operates!!! Hmmmm????

    I came into Verizon in a full panic after receiving a message that my phone would be disconnected within hours. There was a charge on my account from an internet box I returned late due to a family emergency, and my finances depend entirely on my phone and internet service since I drive for Uber. I was scared and overwhelmed. The moment I walked in, Steven immediately grounded the situation. He was calm, present, and deeply compassionate. He didn’t just process a transaction, he listened. When he started making calls, it truly felt like he was fighting for me, like he had my back. And honestly, that’s all anyone ever wants in moments like that: to feel supported and seen. This store doesn’t just have employees , it has real human beings who care. Out of every Verizon location I’ve been to, this one was the most personal and genuine experience I’ve ever had. Steven, I appreciate you more than you know. If anyone needs help with their phone or service, this is the place to go.

    Went to the store 10 minutes before close. I get it , I was cutting it close because they were closing. All I wanted was a ESIM activated on my phone for my husband’s phone which is already on my account. Doesn’t even greet me , just says how can I help. I tell him I want to just activate the other sim on my phone with my husbands number. Gentleman proceeded to tell me he can’t because the system was down. He looks at his iPad and looked at his manager for approval and says I need to call customer service. Very annoyed because I work at AT&T and this would have taken two minutes. He then tells me to add it on the app and doesn’t even know how to do it himself. I figured it out when I went back to my car.When I tell him I want to add a line he jumps up and tells me he can do that. So he can activate an eSIM if it’s a sale and a new line but doesn’t want to do it if it’s for an existing customer. I work in this industry. I know he was annoyed I came 10 minutes before close but if he would have taken the time to actually program my eSIM it would have been less than 2 minutes. But oh the second I mention adding a line his eyes light up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was looking at his manager on if he was even allowed to do it. Mind you adding an eSIM to an existing phone takes seconds. Literally a joke. Never coming back to this location.
