When she got the phone back, they said that they had messed something up inside and they’re willing to order her a brand new phone to replace it For $160. Now she’s traveling this weekend without a phone and she won’t have the ability to contact anybody. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to rely on a company to help and they make matters worse by breaking the phone completely the staff here does not care. And then they want to bill you when they make matters worse.

It took 20 minutes for the security of the store to come ask if someone had helped and when I said no he mentioned to go check in with a lady. Mind you, employees looked at me and didn't bat an eye, others were texting and just talking with each other. Zero care in the world. Walked out because I just didn't want to spend my money with them. If you wanna browse, great store. If you come needing help, good luck.

The lady who set up the phone kept disappearing and I had to tell her several times my texts weren’t synced. Then she left for the day and didn’t say anything so Maria assisted me when I asked for help. Maria was wonderful! She multitasked and assisted me and two other customers! Thank you Maria! I will visit another location for my business needs.
