I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store. The staff I interacted with were not polite or professional, and I felt rushed and dismissed rather than helped. I was told I could not trade in my phone simply because I arrived “too late,” even though this was not clearly explained beforehand and no effort was made to offer an alternative solution or reschedule. I expected better customer service and communication from an Apple Store, and this experience did not meet those expectations.

Loja pessima e atendimento horrivel, fomos trocar o celular da minha mae com a opcao de trade in e chegando la a atendente Pat foi extremamente rude e mal educada, nao explicou nada direito e apagou o celular antigo da minha mae sem perguntar nada (ela perdeu tudo, fotos, conversas…). Tentamos conversar com o gerente que foi incrivelmente inutil e nao soube ao menos pedir desculpa pelo transtorno e frustração.

experiência horrível, a pior possível, queria poder dar 0!! a atendente Pat foi super grosseira, pedimos por um trade in, ela pegou o celular antigo, saiu clicando nas configurações e pediu para colocarmos a senha, ela estava com pressa, atendendo várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo e não nos perguntou nada, pusemos a senha e surpresa: ela tinha colocado para apagar o IPhone, sendo que ainda não tínhamos passado a informação para o novo. Quando fomos conversar com ela, com outra atendendo e depois com o gerente, só disseram que a culpa era nossa, pois nós que tínhamos colocado a senha, nós que tínhamos colocado a opção pick up e falamos que queríamos trade in, sendo que isso não significa deletar o telefone de uma pessoa sem o consentimento dela… enfim, só tiraram a culpa deles, disseram que a culpa era nossa e não tem o que fazer, um tapinha no ombro e tchau. Nem pra se responsabilizarem, quem dirá pedir desculpa. PÉSSIMO, atendimento pior da vida, horrível!!!! nunca vão nessa Apple

Just had the worst experience of my life inside this Apple Store. Walked in with my family to have my mother in laws phone traded in for a new one. Got with the attendant and was directed to Ms. Pat, which got my mother in laws phone, wiped all of her data and gave her the new phone with no info at all. She literally deleted ALL of the information without asking if she wanted to use the old phone as a data transfer or if she had an iCloud backup. I had a very frustrating talk with her and the manager about how in this world can something like that happen? This was just INSANE.
And to top it all off they said they couldn’t do anything about it after literally deleting ALL of her data and information.
If you can choose, please do NOT come to this Apple Store. This was the most discussing service of ALL time.
They never asked if we wanted to use the info from the old phone or if we had a backup.
Also extremely rude and disrespectful.
Please do NOT come to this store.

I replaced my iphone battery here in September. Thought it would be a nice experience because I paid $99 (before tax) for that. First, the tech guy put a pair of wrong screws back to my phone after replacement (mine are purple and they put black ones on it, and one of them was not even tighten in). I have to stop by the store again to get that fixed. Now, the 90-day warranty just passed, the screen adhesive lost effect and my phone got water damaged yesterday. And of course, they denied being responsible for that because of the policy. I will never buy anything and use any service from this store in the future.
