  I was so lucky to be helped by a very knowledgeable employee. He took the time to explain cameras to me and show me the differences. He also helped.me find several other items that I needed. Overall, a great experience!

  I purchased a printer cartridge for an HP printer at this location for around $90. I replaced it in my printer and the "magenta" color would not read as full or replaced with a new cartridge. I take pictures of the error message on my printer screen and take the cartridges to my closest Best buy location and was told I can have the store manager at the location I originally purchased the ink at to exchange for a new one. Mind you this was 8 days prior to the 14 day receipt of purchase. Go back to altamonte and was told I can't get it exchanged due to it being opened.. The product is faulty, how am I supposed to assume the next box I purchase won't do the same. Poor customer service resolution

  I went in to buy a Boost Mobile sim card for my phone at the Altamonte store in Florida. No Best Buy empoyees were available, so when I went up to the service counter the Samsung rep was the only tech savvy person there. He insisted the card was correct (it wasn't). Turns out Best Buy doesn't sell the Boost card I need. Hope I can return it.

  I don't know what's taking so long for me to give a review to my local best buy. Every time that I come they are so helpful and the team really takes their time to connect and help you when they can. Special shout out to Javion, Rylee and Blair because they're the most friendly people in the store. I own a local business and buy quite a few electronics and they always help me out. I also have the total tech membership which has saved me several times. Great job to the Best Buy Altamonte store.

  I went to one of Best Buy's locations early this morning and I was very disappointed because the sales people are rude and not helpful at all. I have purchased anything from Best Buy's over the past years so I decided to go to the Altamonte Springs location. I want to brag on not only the management but one of their sales people her name is Abby has been there more than 10 years and is a great asset for Best Buy. I was able to complete the purchase with no problems and Abby helped in many ways. If you're looking for someone that will treat you like a person and not a number someone who actually cares while they or their serving you go to the Altamonte Springs Best Buy. Their staff and management are number one.
