  What a confusion! I literally got an appointment on the phone but when I showed up my appointment is not there but they helped just to tell me that they no longer have old equipments or accessories but on the phone Apple told me twice, that they have them 😢

  Waste of time. Apple Store people are there only to upsale you something. They will not even check your device if you don’t have apple care or warranty. Only solution given was to buy a new iPad. So iPads only last 4 years??? My issue was the battery. They didn’t even offer to replace the battery which can absolutely be done for 150$ and you save 800$ for the new iPad. So disappointed of Apple

  The customer service here was horrible. I had no one help me with my problem. When I asked if someone higher up can try and help instead of helping me they asked security to walk over and stick around the area when I was just asking a question. Was treated very poorly. Will not be buying from this store and honestly it’s moments like this that make me want to get android products. Better service. What could have been an easy win was a huge mess.

  I previously had a “ not so great experience “ with this store. I waited almost an hour passed my Appointment time to be seen. I had to bring a lot of things with me, my Mac, external Hard Drive and all the cabling and power devices. I had parked on the other side of Penny’s and by the time they finished, without solving my problems, the Mall was closed. Penny’s was locked up and I had to turn around and walk back passed the now locked up Apple Store to the center mall and Head to the open exit by Activate. Then I had to traipse through the rain to the East parking lot on the other side of Penny’s with all that gear…not a great day. Fast forward to today. Same basic problem, but I decided to bring my locked up phone in without an appointment. I met Dre, an awesome and patient Apple Tech who really knew her stuff. Her patience and customer service was outstanding as she worked on my phone and actually fixed it as we stood by the front door. I have been working on this for almost a week trying to make room to update my phone and only encountering the phone locking itself up. I have my phone working again and enough room to actually update my OS. I am also confident now that I will be able to Finally download the extra material I stupidly downloaded to the phone instead of the computer. I can’t say Thank You enough Dre !!! The Apple Store is lucky to have you…

  I do not recommend bringing your business to this store. I had an appointment to replace my phone battery. When I arrived, an employee directed me to the person handling appointments. When I asked about mine, he responded, ‘If you weren’t on the phone when you walked in, you would’ve seen me here.’ The comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I chose not to escalate the situation and left instead. I expected a more respectful interaction, especially with a scheduled appointment.
