My phone was sent to the wrong store 35 miles away, tech support over the phone tried to help me with my 2nd number not activating and they somehow wiped all the numbers off my phone, so I was in SOS mode with no way to get calls for my business. It was a disaster. We were told by tech support to go find a store, they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. How lucky did I get to find the Alachua location and Kelvin! Holy Moly! All my anger and frustration just melted away because he took control of figuring it all out. He just took my phone, let me sit down and an hour later I had my business number back on. Unfortunately there was no way to retrieve my personal phone number, so I had to get a new number, but at least I had my company number. Kelvin never got frustrated on the phone or in the store, he maintained his same personality the whole time. All the employees were friendly and kind. Just an absolutely great location. Unlike the location in Live Oak. I will refer all my friends and family to this location from now on. Thank you, Kelvin!
