Sportland offers payment in instalments through Inbank for products priced €100-2000 (discounts do not apply for instalment payments unless stated otherwise). If a product has been bought in store: Please turn to your nearest Sportland, where you can fill out a defective product return application and file your complaint. The returned item will be inspected and the store will inform you within 15 days of the possible solution to your complaint. If a product has been bought through our store: Faulty products are returned to the central warehouse. Faults must be indicated and described on the return form (if you don’t have a return form, you can write the information on a blank sheet of paper in freeform). You must include your order number, contact details and bank account number. We don’t offer warranties on our products, but you have the right to file a consumer complaint on products purchased from our store for two years after purchase.

To return the package, stick the DPD return label to package which will be returned. Then find the nearest DPD parcel machine and select on the screen "send package" and then "send pre-formed package". Scan the barcode on the package label and select the package size. Put the package in the parcel machine box, close the door and confrim the delivery of the package.
