If the customer is not sure how to measure, there are two options: • Phone guidance – Our craftsman explains step by step over the phone how to take the required measurements correctly, ensuring an exact fit and a clean end result. • On-site measuring – If you prefer, we come to you and take the measurements professionally. The price of this service is agreed in advance and depends on the location of the object.

Smaller parcels are sent to parcel lockers across Estonia. Larger products travel either to a Cargobus office or by Jet Express courier straight to your home or factory. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the product — we always find the most convenient solution.

We use high-quality, durable materials that withstand daily use, moisture and outdoor conditions. The thickness and strength depend on the fabric chosen, but every option is made for long-term use.

All covers are waterproof or water-repellent, matching the customer's needs and the place of use.

Yes – we use UV-protected materials that keep their colour even in direct sunlight. This matters especially for covers used outdoors.

A cover needs very little maintenance. We recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth or a mild detergent. Regular care significantly extends the life of the cover.

All of our materials are suitable for year-round use.

The more precise the measurements, the better the result. If the customer is not sure how to measure, you can always call – our craftsman will guide you step by step. If you prefer, we can also come and take the measurements ourselves (price by agreement).

Production time depends on the complexity of the work and our current queue. On average it takes 1–3 working days. The craftsman confirms the exact completion date after reviewing the measurements and details.

Yes – all of our work is made to order. We can produce covers in any size and shape.

Yes – we have the largest selection of colours and materials in Estonia. If the customer is not sure which material suits best, our craftsman will help choose the most durable and suitable option.

If the product requires installation, we can carry it out for you. Availability and price depend on the location and the nature of the work.

Yes – we make covers both to exact measurements and on the basis of an existing old cover. If you want a new cover made from an old one, it is important that the old cover is in as intact a condition as possible. Over time some materials shrink in the sun, so please always specify whether you want the new cover in exactly the same size or rather slightly larger, so that it fits perfectly. If you are located further from Tallinn, that is no problem – you can conveniently send the old cover to us. We work with Cargobus and Jet Express couriers, who deliver parcels safely to us and later bring the new covers back to your address.
