While I appreciate the apology, I did incur additional costs due to the incorrect store hours, including tolls, gas, time, and having to travel to another Verizon location where I also had to pay taxes. I would appreciate being contacted by store or regional management to discuss a possible resolution, as this situation could have been avoided with accurate hours being posted and followed. Me and my family arrived at 7:22 pm on December 20th, to a staff member telling us thru the window that they were closed, even though there was a customer inside. Do they stop taking customers by a certain time now? Not happy at all…& I’m a potential Verizon customer smh.

Online inventory was never updated so I picked to have black color iPhone 17 but when I went for pickup he was having Sage and mist blue both. He cancelled my online order manipulating me saying he has changed the color of iPhone only you will get all benefits like no activation fee, $200 gift card .after reaching home I realized , I got cheated but now he is not ready to get the activation fee waiver also. Since it is converted as shop purchase I may loose the $200 gift card also. Please never go to this shop. They are cheater , specially the owner itself is cheater.
