    Can I just start by saying I was on the phone with them for 4 hours and they did nothing to help me. Besides of course constantly tell me that I had to pay them for something I did not agree upon. They scammed my little brother by making him pay more than he should've for a phone and put him on a contract he was never told about. Than spent 2 days on the phone with verizon to avoid paying them this contract and getting off of it still wanting money. Keep in mind he only went in to do a trade in. Called verizon and tried explaining the whole situation, nope, tried asking for a manager they refused to transfer me and said they can fix it.. 2 hours later didnt fix it kept telling me to pay $600 and than hung up on me because I told them no and dont you dare use the card that is already on file. Great customer service verizon truly amazing, and im not one who likes confrontation but they sure ticked that nerve good as gold. Thats why im now going to be officially done with verizon. Receipts dont lie but people sure do..

    As a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years, I am profoundly disappointed by the service I received. Upon entering the store, I was forced to wait approximately 30 minutes while two other individuals who arrived after me were assisted. This prioritization was handled by the store manager, Mr. J....yne. Such treatment is disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable for a long-standing customer. This incident has severely damaged my trust in Verizon's commitment to its long-term customers and has led me to actively consider switching my service to a competitor.

    This review is for the evening shift of 9/23. I bought the Z Fold 7 on Sunday 9/21. The camera became filled with condensation on day 1 without any water contact. I was instructed over the phone to bring the phone in for an exchange. Jose denied to take it and was very hostile about the situation. I asked to add another line to get a new phone and was just stared at with blank faces. The other two lady employees thought it was funny to joke with customers saying "we might not have your orders", knowing the customer had an alert it was ready for pickup. People come to these building for ASSISTANCE, and excitement for new phones. Not to feel like an inconvenience. I was instructed I can mail my phone in and still exchange. I honestly couldn't believe that experience

    I felt that the representatives at this particular store are not there to help. There is no basic customer service sense. I would rather deal with online agents than ever go to the store again. The representative wasn't sure, or unable to help.

    This review is specifically for this Verizon store and the xceptional costumer service and experience with this Verizon stores sales rep Naghiya (or Geniya forgot her name). who assisted me on several occasions. After being robbed blind for years by Verizon, and my other local store, at suburban plaza, I was apprehensive to stay on my Verizon plan. Not only did this employee understand my complex billing issues I was having, but she also fixed these issues so quick I honestly thought It was Bs at first lol. But seriously -- and the tech issues she couldn't fix on her end alone, She put me on the phone immediately with a competent costumer service Verizon rep., documented the issue, and made sure the problem was solved by the time I left. Verizon wireless as a company is horrific but this store is the only reason I still have them as a carrier. Every one else working there as well was so helpful, and kind. Also they were super informative and since they are not just an authorized verizon retail store, they can carry out a lot more executive tasks making it even more efficient and overall pleasant encounter with above average customer satisfaction.
