  Really bad customer service. The lady CSR was very rude, would not allow me to use bathroom. Stuck in shop for 2.30 hours with no resolutions. She was plain out right arrogant, and does not have a clue what the real problem is.

  After trying to move to VZW from T-Mobile on line I was directed to go to the store. I met with Josh and with the assistance of managers Jermayne and Tom my experience was amazing. Josh was able to get me the 3 phones I wanted, explained the monthly plans, explained the porting process and it was all done in a timely manner. My experience exceeded expectations!

  Rich gave us amazing support! Thank you and on Christmas Eve too! Very knowledgeable and patient. He set us up for a new phone, new plan, and helped me get the discounts that applied to me.

  Edit: Thank you for responding. While I appreciate the apology, I did incur additional costs due to the incorrect store hours, including tolls, gas, time, and having to travel to another Verizon location where I also had to pay taxes. I would appreciate being contacted by store or regional management to discuss a possible resolution, as this situation could have been avoided with accurate hours being posted and followed. Me and my family arrived at 7:22 pm on December 20th, to a staff member telling us thru the window that they were closed, even though there was a customer inside. Do they stop taking customers by a certain time now? Not happy at all…& I’m a potential Verizon customer smh.

  This is the shop which is mean for cheating the customer. I bought iPhones from online last Thursday and choose to pickup the phone from this location. Online inventory was never updated so I picked to have black color iPhone 17 but when I went for pickup he was having Sage and mist blue both. He cancelled my online order manipulating me saying he has changed the color of iPhone only you will get all benefits like no activation fee, $200 gift card .after reaching home I realized , I got cheated but now he is not ready to get the activation fee waiver also. Since it is converted as shop purchase I may loose the $200 gift card also. Please never go to this shop. They are cheater , specially the owner itself is cheater.
