    I have been a Verizon customer for decades. A few months ago, my partner and I moved accounts to a business account in the store. The sales person asked if we wanted an additional line attached to our mainline for business, and we said no. Then he said it was free. So we agreed to the two additional lines that we never used. Turned out, we were charged for those line and didn’t know it because the account was on automatic payment. We went into the store and waited for 45mins for help. Once it was our turn, we were told they couldn’t help us in the store to disconnect the lines and get a refund. So, we called threes times. The first time, after 1.5 hours of waiting and being passed from person to person, Verizon hung up on me. The second time, after taking to two people, Verizon hung up on me after 1 hour on the phone. It took me a third call and 20 more minutes to resolve my issue. I shouldn’t have to spend over 3 hours of my Saturday trying to resolve an issue that was of Verizon’s making. I am so upset at the complete lack of customer service from the company. I would happily jump ship once I have the chance. Please do consider a company’s customer service when picking them as a vendor. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone.
