- SPS PJun 11, 20251.0Very disappointed. My friend went there to open a family plan. We were told to get deeper discounts if we bought our own phone. They charge 250.00 for the activation fee which I checked with other Total wireless store later that they said they never charged that. Then they gave us unlimited plan instead of the promised unlimited plus plan and the pricing is higher then he promised as well. This is ridiculous. It is a liar and all family members are angry about this. Do not recommend to go to this store.
