Told me to call my bank. Bank said there was no issue on their end. Placed another order. Canceled within minutes. Best Buy customer service said there’s a fraud alert (even though I verified with bank there was no fraud) and he said only option was to come to the store. What a joke. Apparently they do this a lot. How are you still in business turning down $800 purchases for no reason?

The sales person seemed very new and inexperienced, so when he told me that it would come off of my statement I was apprehensive. I double checked with him, he said yes of course. He upsold me a Microsoft 365 plan through the Best Buy membership that I couldn't activate. I called into customer service and got the run around and no answers. I don't really have time to run down to have someone try to fix whatever the problem is. The sales person was nice enough but I've been frustrated by the whole process.
