  Tony and Ali helped me with a 3D printer issue, and their willingness to take the time to work with me and explain options like geek squad protection is why I’ll be buying from here again for a more expensive printer, the X2D. My Bambu printer failed soon after purchase and they helped me process a return for the defective printer; and after I explained I was nervous about buying another one for the same issue they explained how geek squad protection would enable the same replacement experience for up to 4 years. Sure it’s an add on cost, but I don’t get that option on Amazon, and certainly not with the manufacturer who sends you the parts to DIY repair. 3rd party warranties may be cheaper but the hassle free experience I had is certainly worth something. The customer service from Tony and Ali, and peace of mind options, are why I’ll shop here for items like my 3D printer again.

  One of the guys in the laptops helped me find a cord for my uv lamp which didn’t work because my lamp is broken but I appreciate his helping anyways !!!

  After years of private and business purchases with Best Buy - they lost my business today due to their rigid return policy. Sure you can follow your policy (created to upsell their new member level no doubt) but I will gladly take my shopping elsewhere.

  Even though they had what I needed. The tv salesman’s needs a lot of work on their customer service skills. They respond in such a nonchalant tone and act like you are suppose to know the answer already regarding their tv’s. Also, as a woman, if I say I’m taking the tv home today, why do I need to ask if someone can at least bring it outside??? That should have been offered instantly without having to ask.
