    Recently moved to Seaford got the Verizon internet services, here we go ,sorry but im a disabled Sr citizen paralyzed on left side, paid a fee to get started. Hmmm ok, the world is moving more towards a.i & technology, but hello, your missing the. Human factor, so I call # online multiple times. @ my age & disability i need a paper bill sent. I say ive never seen a bill.my thought but this too shall pass, I tell the people my service seems to be off, he says there's a outage in your area, I tell him also ive not seen a bill, he transfers me to verizon customer care he said turn off box & replug I do & same thing multiple times on phone. Verizon rep can't help customer care keeps disconnecting says bye bye, w 1 arm is struggle to get help or box into bag io into store, I say ive never received a bill & my Alexa says you've disconnected my service ive called can't get help so came in to store. ok i get ssdi & its the Saturday after Christmas ok guy says yes disconnected you haven't paid for 2 months. Can you pay it now I said my ssdi comes next week I can.Pay then .mind you I still havet seen a bill, i said at my age & w my disab i need paper bills mailed,he said i cant take your box back you have to go to salisbury md for that, ok where is that 🫣,I live in Delaware & one side of my body is paralyzed he said πŸ€” get back on the highway & about a 30 min drive you'll see a walmart πŸ˜‚ really πŸ€” lord help me now, I just begin to pray. I worked for Dupont & major companies for over 45 years, where in this world is the human decency of this& what says this type of c/s is ok, oh technology & a.i. πŸ€”πŸ€£πŸ€£also he did say they sent email he reads email & it's not correct i tell him that & he still packs me up like a red headed step child& send me omw, guess what? Sunday on my phone I actually get a msg about disconnected service pay us $70 & we can restore service. I taughtmy kids & my work ethics taught me you dont get rewarded for bad behavior or bad c/s, I'll try to see how to mail a pmt. Or reach out to one. Of my kids to go pay, today's world they act like your asking for my paper bill is speaking something they dont understand πŸ˜‚πŸ€£he had the nerve to fix his mouth & say i might have to pay either a disconnected fee even though I never saw a bill & email was wrong πŸ˜‚πŸ€£,have to laugh to keep from crying, couldn't get help over phone came in store It's either you pay or no c/s. Drive to another state to return cable box ,can't speak to management they're to busy getting big salaries & keeping investors happy, but ask for something not in their robotic scrips & your sol. Sorry bout that, I'll try to get help getting to MD to return. Box& get my kids to drive 2 hours to see & pay my bill. Because they live in Middletown. Hopefully. Until then I'll do w/o internet this too shall pass. God im giving this to you.Thats my story & im sticking too inhale a blessed day if you ready this rambling on from a Partially paralyzed Sr citizen. πŸ˜‚πŸ€£all this done w 1 finger that moves.. Verizon owner Your probably on holiday enjoying festivities , or maybe Tv w family, i have nothing better to do but use my 1 finger here hell cant watch tv even Alexas not working let me see a bill ill pay,i said I gave it to God & I did .I need to see a paper bill, & i got new service elsewhere. As stated i dont reward bad c/s.anyone getting service here look through all comments quite a few bad reviews I should have,lesson learned & im paying 2 months no disconnect fee.πŸ˜πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

    It is the holiday season and I feel you need more than 2 employees in your Seaford store trying to service all of those customers. They were very efficient and they got the job done.
