I don’t want to see anyone lose their jobs but these two need to be working in the dump away from people. If I could have scored a zero star I would have. This makes me not even want to be a Verizon customer. We have had nothing but trouble over the last 4 years with this service. We were taken advantage of by a mobile agent of Verizon and they did nothing, now this and to boot no service. They didn’t even care what was wrong, just that they get paid.
