On behalf of my Aunt and her sweet Zoey girl, I want to take a moment to recognize the staff at VCA for their care and compassion in helping Zoey cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Egger not only showed care and compassion to Zoey, but also my Aunt. From the time we entered the building, to the time we left, everyone was so very kind. Thank you all for what you do. YOU ARE APPRECIATED! AM. CROSSAN

My healthy dog came in for one rabies booster shot and six monthly flea/tick pills, and for this I received a bill of over $400. VCA insisted he couldn't get a rabies shot without a full "wellness exam" ($160 and less than 10 minutes), in spite of the fact that my dog already had a full wellness visit from this same vet less than six months prior. They then charged $102 for a rabies booster and $145 for the six flea/tick pills. The bill was "only" $400 because I refused the other services they aggressively tried to push (with an estimate totaling over $1000 for this routine visit).

Dr Carothers is exceptional. Such a kind and caring veterinarian. Even though my service was euthanasia, she stayed late to not rush me through those last moments with my dog. Thank yiu

They have gone down hill in the last couple of years with pet and owner services. Nickel and dime shop now. Disgusting. Records are not accurate for treatments and follow up appointments and no communication between tech services and Vet doctor. After 30+ years it’s heartbreaking it changed this drastically. The appointment is always a long wait ridiculous. Moving to a new Vet. Don’t waste your time here.
