- MMMarie MarieSep 3, 20251.0I went to get new service yesterday, I got back home and there was no service in my area. I called today which is the very next day and was told that I had to come to the store. I went to the store and asked for the service to be canceled and funds refunded but the worker who said his name was David (he could be lying) refused a refund and told me to call customer care, I called care and they refused a refund and cancellation as well. I asked why and they said I had to get the refund from the store. I called the store back and spoke to “David” and he refused to provide a name or number for a manager. They have my $95 but I can’t use the service. I have no choice but to dispute it with my bank. It shouldn’t even have to go there

She was able to address my issue immediately, was caring and knowledgeable. The best of all was she provided me with information about products and my account options without being super pushy. We will be coming back to see her again for all our future phone purchases! You are lucky to have her for an employee!
