Tim should not be in a customer service position. He was rude to us and acted like us asking questions about products was an inconvenience and like he couldn’t be bothered. He was also incredibly unhelpful. I couldn’t believe he was in that role. It was a waste of a trip to the store and left me feeling like I’d rather buy from another company.

I went to best buy on 11/13/25 evening to check on the online order i placed on 11/05/25. Went to register near computers and asked this guy who is thin with long hair. Mentioned him that i placed an order for printer online, i am supposed to pick it today. Onlins status says they are preparing the order for pick up since this morning. Called bestbuy online and they suggested go to store, as they see this store has multiple qty on hand. Finally this person at the register didnt care about customer care, not at all interested to help. Lot of discrimination is going at this store, no one wants to help. Staff need some training. Manager need to check the video from 11/13/25 evening. A trainee who is getting trained was professonal and put effort to take care of the issue.

I had an incredible experience at the one by Christiana Mall with Riley Neyra as the sales person. I wasn't sure what laptops I wanted for my team. He took the time to understand my small business needs and helped me understand what products would be the best fit. Once we identified some options, he did a quick price comparison and realized there was a model we hadn't considered on sale that was more powerful and cheaper than what we were considering. Thanks to his awesome patience and persistent attention to "the little things" I walked out of there extremely satisfied. Best of all, the team got way more horsepower than the our budget was predicting. I'm extremely impressed how he kept asking questions so as to dial me into the perfect solution! That is incredible customer service!

I want to say thank you to the employee name Hamarsh (I know I totally spelled that wrong)
But he help me find the LAST Insta360 Ace Pro 2 for 30mims
I drove an hour since Dover location didn’t have it and I called customer service they told me this location had one and once greeted by the employee I told him exactly what I needed, first he couldn’t find it on the shelf and locked up areas so he went to the back and boom after 30mims he found it
