Regardless of whether he is assisting someone or not, he should be able to pause and, using his walkie-talkie, communicate with someone to provide assistance to a customer.

Great experience. Ordered a TV online, I entered into the store, and a team member welcomed me. Afterwards asked how they can help me. They directed me to where I can pick up my order. The staff was friendly, and within 5 minutes my TV was delivered to the front, and they offered to help me load it in my car;which was amazing. Super appreciative of the friendly staff and service to help me load TV in my car.

So, same experience as jay g from a month ago. Paid online because I thought it would be quicker than find product and checking out. Well same person is still at pickup counter for last 20 minutes or so. Looks like they were doing a return at pickup counter. Sales associate needed help on computer and had to pull a guy from the checkout line which has turned over three times since I got here. Probably will not be going into a Best Buy again. Guess they figure they have my money so who cares… I won’t leave.
Next time I will just wait for shipping from Newegg, better prices, great shipping, and customer service who cares. This is what happens when a place has no direct competitor. This place used to be so great.
Should someone from Best Buy respond to this. Say what you need to say here, not going to DM you.
Well finally at counter, been here 30 minutes for the 4 people in front of me. I picked my order in 30 seconds and out the door. Somebody should really figure out what their problem is at this store as I probably will never be back.

Do not purchase the Best Buy total tech package… absolute rip off. I made this mistake as it included ‘professional installation’ and it provides 24/7 support. But I learned this is basic over the phone troubleshooting. If you need someone to come out to you, it’s weeks before they can and weeks more if they have to order a part, and only if I pay for the appointment ($103 non-refundable) upfront. My mistake for thinking there would be urgent response or priority scheduling. Best Buy won’t hesitate to take the money for the tech package, but it doesn’t seem like the staffed the Geek Squad properly to urgently respond to customers who have issues with their products.

I just wanted to share my experience today with a Geek Squad member by the name of Kyle. My Mother is a Veteran who lost her support dog a few weeks ago. I was determined to transfer a video image of the dog growing wings and flying away onto a digital device. Kyle was hands down, the most knowledgeable and efficient Rep that I have ever encountered at that location which I would’ve rated a 1 on a scale of 1-10 in the past Today, Kyle proved me wrong and literally brought me to tears as he successfully transcribed the image My Mother and family are forever grateful!
