    We had very bad experience here. Bout a new phone and we didn’t get proper help transferring the data from the old iPhone to the new one. Every time we call some drone help she would be like one sec I will be with you and never come back. We also replaced a battery on another phone and had to wait 15 extra minutes beyond the time we were told it will be done at. Honestly never Apple again it was awful customer service

    Purchased the Apple care + to protect my iPhone 16pro about a year ago Phone finally got smashed up at my firehouse while I was coming back from a call and I went to this store to get it fixed Waited 3 hours for an appointment Waited at my appointment for a rep to look it over and tell me it’ll be $29.99 and take about 2-3 hours to fix. Came in to pick up the phone and was told that they actually could not do the repair today and it would take 4 or more days I was immediately annoyed due to having been there for so many hours already for nothing He then tells me for $99 I can replace the phone but I was already to irritated to deal with it so I left. My woman took the phone and went back in where she was told the REPAIR would be $99 they had no intention of replacing the phone and that there “sorry” Long and short Apple Care will be canceled tonight and this Apple Store is in my list of places I will avoid in the future if possible

    Apple products speak for themselves so in a review it’s the service that requires special attention. A special shout-out for excellence in customer service goes to Trey and Marquise for their professionalism and support delivered with abundant kindness, cheer, and good humour during such a busy period. Honestly, the visit to the Apple Store was the highlight of my day because of them. Admittedly that doesn’t make my day sound particularly exciting - but the bar is usually set low for a day like today, dominated by the intensive running of necessary errands - so aren’t these the very days we need to be uplifted by the kindness of strangers? Aren’t these the days when we want find ourselves unexpectedly moved to write a review because we’re touched by the specialness and warmth of the people we meet in circumstances so ordinary and mundane? Yes. Exactly that. Bosses, give them a bonus!

    It is always a pleasure visiting the Apple Store, it truly feels like a technological experience. My journey with Apple began in the early 2000s when I purchased my first 7th-generation iPod, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’m a loyal customer, although I only upgrade my iPhone and iPad every 7–10 years. My millennial, who is a musician, upgrades much more frequently and is especially intrigued by GarageBand, which speaks to Apple’s creativity and innovation across generations. The employees are attentive, alert, and kind, the store is always crowded and wait times are long. What stands out most is the store’s diversity, a wonderful blend of mature and younger workers, a rainbow of ethnic cultures, and inclusivity that includes disabled employees. Despite the crowds, it’s always a pleasure visiting the store, and I look forward to my visit once a year
