    I placed an online order to upgrade my phone as the website stated they had the phone I was looking for in stock and would be ready for pickup in about an hour. I paid over $200 to update my phone. I waited over 5 hours with zero updates or information on my order. I drove 30minutes to this location to inquire about the delay. I was greeted by the most unprofessional customer service employee. I wish I would have gotten her name, she was a shorter lady with short hair working the iPad que when you come in the door on 1/10. I explained to her I placed an order, paid the $200 charge and was sent an email saying my order would be ready in about an hour, that was 5hrs ago. She asked “what phone do you want” in the most condescending tone ever. I matched her tone and stated the device I ordered. The response I received was “we don’t even have that phone. Order is pending, and it’s 611”. I responded with “what does that mean” to be told “we don’t have the phone. Your order is pending. You can call 611”. And she walked away. I called 611 after 38 minutes on the phone was told there is nothing anyone can do, the website shows in stock because the phone is “in stock for other people”😳 I have had Verizon for over 17 years, terrible customer service, terrible employee at this location. Could not have cared any less about my concern of no communication or status updates. Now I am out $200 while I wait for the phone to be restocked, no timeframe on when that will happen. Unprofessional employees at this location, rude employees at this location. I hope Verizon actually takes concerns seriously and looks into the way certain employees treat people.

    I’d like to give a big shout out to my man Nyle who assist my wife and I with getting new phones this pass weekend. Nyle was great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up the good work.

    Service is not good. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and always come out frustrated with the staff. They tell you one thing and it is never accurate. The last time I was told I was better off calling customer service (after waiting 30 mins for my turn). Ridiculous.

    I have been a customer of Verizon for 10+ years, this has been my hometown Verizon store since that time. Brian the man who helped us today and many other times is FANTASTIC he deserves a raise and a promotion. Louis Ramos, the manager however treated me like a second class citizen. I have worked different customer service positions since a teenager and I would be ashamed to talk to a customer like he talked to us today. We were the first customers in the store, so if that's how you talk to the first customers, how do you talk to customers after a long day? Inexcusable, I also firmly believe there was a racial element to it as well. I am going to be contacting Verizon main office but I want people to know that Louis Ramos does not care about you or your business.
