  Not very happy with this place, I sprained my ankle they gave me an aircast, my sister was trying to help me fill it up there is valve like the instructions say, they don’t answer the phone you have to “text” them for everything.

  Today was my first visit at Atracare and I was very pleased with the entire process. Scheduling a walk in appointment was painless. The receptionists were polite & kind. I came in for a sick visit on a Sunday and the NP, Brittany, I saw was knowledgeable and took the time to go over any concerns and was generally very pleasant. I would absolutely go back to Atracare and recommend them :)

  I love coming here. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I never have to wait long! Oh and the waiting room is super clean and welcoming!!

  This place is the worst case of robbery there could be, I went in on 12/3 for a really bad cut on my hand for which they could not do anything. The NP saw me and said there was nothing she could and did not feel comfortable as she thought I would need further evaluation and needed imaging. She cleaned up a bit of dried blood on my hand, but did not cleaned my wound and gave me gauze to hold until I get to the ER. As I was leaving I asked if I would be charged for the visit to which she stated “no, that would be straight up highway robbery” walked with me to the front desk and asked them to refund what I had paid. Now i am being hit with a bill, for which I called their office manager back in January and did not hear back from her, called back again last week which at this time she did called me back stating that I did received a service from them. I was furious and clearly raise my voice as if you are told one thing while on site and months later they are still trying to charge me. Just for reference they did not do any imaging or testing at the ER, received basic care which could have been performed at their office (wound cleaned with saline, applied lidocaine and stitches) for which i have been billed over $800 and on top of it I now have to paid them another $200 (which I was told they would cut in half). Had I known I would be receiving no care from this office and still be charged for it, i would have gotten my husband to take me straight to the hospital instead of wasting time.

  So disappointing! I’ve been a client for a couple of years using their primary care. They told me I had to switch because the other PA I was going to is busy, then told me I had to come in to meet with the doctor before my actual visit. I was scheduled for 1 o’clock and went to the urgent care by accident. Waited a few minutes for someone to come help me and then they told me it was at the Plantations address. I zoomed over there ran into the building at 1:12 and they would not see me and told me I had to reschedule! I immediately walked out and got a new primary care physician I drove there from Millsboro took time out of an extremely busy day to get there for basically no reason other than to meet the doctor? That sounds like a money grab to me doesn’t make any sense to me.
