  I had a bit of a unique situation where I asked another landscaping company to pause the retaining wall build around my pool in order to get a second opinion after I looked more closely and saw they'd done it incorrectly. Mike came out and provided his honest assessment at no charge (even though I'd offered to pay a fee). When asked for a ballpark estimate for his team to finish the job, he candidly said they wouldn't unless they could rip everything out and start over. While that was difficult to hear, it was honest, and very validating, and I really appreciated it. An expensive lesson learned here folks - don't cheap out. Hire the right person for the job the first time.

  The entire Borsello team was terrific and our project was done beautifully. They cleaned up every day and the craftsmanship was amazing.

  We had several well reviewed landscaping companies that couldn't find the main problem for our drainage issues. We contacted Mike and after a thorough inspection he found the issue that the other companies overlooked. Wish we had called him first.
