I wish I could put a zero star. Had an appointment at 4 with them that I was running late to so I called them at 3:50 and said I would be 5 minutes late due to an accident on the road they say it would be fine. Got there and they said I would have to reschedule due to not being there on time. I told them I called and said I would be 5 minutes late and the lady at the desk made a snarky comment about me being 10 minutes late not 5. That is terrible customer service and a horrible business mindset.

Very disappointed with the new groomer, we have been a loyal customer with the Vet and the groomer since we got our Golden Retriever puppy. She is an old lady now and we never had any issues with getting her groomed here. On Friday 3/6/2026 she came in for a bath and grooming, when we made the appointment they knew she was an older dog. When she was dropped off the groomer took her then calls to tell us that she is unable to bathe and groom her because she is too old and cant stand on her own...that was incorrect since she is able to stand. Then she said that she had knots so my boyfriend told her ok you can cut the knots and shave those areas which was the neck and legs, we assumed since she is a groomer she would shave the areas and even everything out nicely. He specifically told her to trim a little bit off the tail hair but not too much. She wasn't very nice. But after the office manager spoke with her she came back and took our dog. When we came back to pick her up this lady had butchered our dog she shaved her all the way down to almost her skin and her tail was completely shave very unnecessary and sloppy. I believe she did this maliciously, since we dropped Allie our Golden Retriever off she looked like she didn't want to take the time and groom our dog. This was very unprofessional and sad because our Dog is family to us and to have someone do that to her is very upsetting. I know no actions will be taken toward the groomer but this speaks about her character and how malicious she was. Just shows you how mean people can be. Please do better this is not how animals and loyal customers should be treated.

I brought my cat kitty here last week for her third eyelid showing. I explained she had no sneezing, coughing, or unusual behavior. They gave me eyedrops and sent me home to administer 2x a day. Did not get better. Went to another vet for them to tell me she has Haws Syndrome and gave me medication to help, her third eyelid went away in 2 days, other vet clinic told me the eyedrops given by VCA weren’t doing anything for her and to throw them away. Very upset this happened. Waste of $200 visit

My son has been going here since his pupper days. Today's visit was the most pleasant he's had. It's all thanks to Dr. Jillian Oberosler! He's never taken treats and ate them before her. He even showed off his skills at being a true gentleman. Thank you Dr. Oberosler and vet tech! You guys rock.. truly happy and grateful for you guys. 😊
