  Very nice store. Customer service representative at pick up was awesome. She was very personable and engaged. Highly recommend this location.

  Hunter was AMAZING!!!! He helped me and my sister out with purchasing my nephew an Xbox. Definitely ask for Hunter the next time you go there.

  Originaly scheduled to pick up our pc from the Geek Squad was delayed by a few days. We arrived 10 minutes early for our next pickup date. There were more employees than customers except for the Geek Squad desk. Only one employee, and there a few people in front of us waiting. Approximately 20 minutes goes by and the sole employee at the counter called for help. It just so happened I was standing near the employee contacted as my family was waiting to be assisted. I could over hear the employee answer the call with "sorry man I've got a lot going on". The Geek squad employee then proceeded to go back to helping the original customer. No help came, as the too busy to help employee in a black shirt began wandering the store. He would stop and small talk with other employees for a minute or two. I observed him laughing, looking around at the ceiling, the floor and from my estimation not performing any type job duties. 25 minutes of this continued until he reached the back of the store. Where he struck up another conversation that wasn't business oriented. I know this as I observed and stayed In his blind spots. He noticed me in the laptop area and approached me. He asked me if I needed any help. I told him no, then made a comment about how slow the store seemed so close to th holiday. He agreed and said it had been "dead" all night. I returned to the Geek Squad desk as my cover was blown. 10 minutes goes by and another call goes out from the employee f on the desk. An employee walked over less than 5 minutes we had our pc and were ready to leave. I asked who was the employee in the black shirt and goat tee and pointed to the employee in question. She replied his name is Shane. I really appreciate Best buy, and their employees. But, the lack of support for the employees that were working isn't azcep
