Where do I begin to describe how poorly we have been treated in this Dover, Delaware store? Spent nearly 5,000 dollars over 3 months at this store but still we were treated like a disgusting thing they had scrape off their shoe. So many things wrong with my experience with these poltroons. Surely not enough space in this review? I shall begin by pointing out that I had 3 TVs delivered, installed, and wall mounted, by BestBuy Geeks. 1 TV we noticed to be cracked just as they installed it. They told the home office who, while the Geeks were at our house, called me to say they would call me within 1 week to let me know when they would get out a new TV to us. Of course no one ever called, and so I called, and was told no one knew about my issue. I wanted help, and they got made and told me they would waive the usual 20% restocking fee. And this was before we noticed the Wall Damage they caused. These Pieces of Blank did not even deliver the required in wall cables that were supposed to be part of the equipment. They blamed me for the damage to the TV, the damage to my wall, and the missing parts. They actually told me to contact the manufacturers since everything was past 15 days to be "returned" (it was not even 15 days since they installed the 3 TVs). They installed a cracked TV on my wall, and knew they did, and they wanted me to contact the TV manufacturer? These are not good people. Heck, at least they did not charge me their 20% restocking fee. Liars and incompetents, and truly an obnoxious group of complete jerks. No one even apologized for our troubles! There is so much wrong with how these noxious people treated us. I have since spent my next 1500$ at a different vendor, never again here. I assume the Manager of this Dover location will be on this site right after this review to show how their mistakes were really our fault. But that lie shall just be another insult added to our injuries. Gawd I cold go on, there is much more that was done poorly, in person multiple times, and also on the phone, and emails, and chatting. Run away from these bad people.

This store has a lazy and ridiculous policy of writing on new, expensive products with permanent marker for their own inventory. I tried to exchange a new iPad Pro that was marked up, but management said all their boxes are like that. It’s a shocking way to treat premium tech and it completely ruins the unboxing experience, making it feel like you bought a used item. The employees and management at the store were very friendly however, so it’s unfortunate this is their practice.

Perfect place for all your electronic needs! I visited the Dover, DE location and was really impressed. Most of the staff were young, seems like freshers and school leavers, and I’ll admit I originally thought this generation might not offer great customer service, but they proved me completely wrong. They were respectful, attentive, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Truly a great experience.

Be mindful if you get a warranty. As a total tech memeber(most expensive plan) i still had to pay for a repair it took 3 weeks longer than what they told me and then when I picked up my item they told me I had to pay another fee but NOBODY could tell me why. 3 people all said the transaction was weird and I asked for a manager who refused to come out instead had the associate give me random possibilities of what the fee might be for. Needless to say if I wanted my $700 item back I had to pay an additional fee on top of the fee I paid before the repair. If thats not sketch dont know what is
