Long story short - I was charged TWICE for a new Iphone - staff at the store told me to take it up with Verizon Customer Service -= and I could never get a live person there to talk to me -- and when I emailed or did live chat, it was just AI auto-messages responding back -- and they would not fix the double charge. Anyway, so I ended up disputing charge on my credit card bill.
