This is awhile ago (Aug 2024) and I should have done review right away since staff may very well have changed, but such an awful experience trying to trade old cracked iPhone for new iPhone. Long story short - I was charged TWICE for a new Iphone - staff at the store told me to take it up with Verizon Customer Service -= and I could never get a live person there to talk to me -- and when I emailed or did live chat, it was just AI auto-messages responding back -- and they would not fix the double charge. Anyway, so I ended up disputing charge on my credit card bill.

Verizon has gone way downhill. Yesterday I purchased a standalone line for my LTE enabled, GSM unlocked smartwatch. On Verizon's website it says the watch may be activated on its network without any other devices or lines of service with Verizon. After 4 hours online with the chat reps yesterday, I decided to come to this location today to try and activate my watch. The rep in the store, although not overtly rude, was clearly not interested in helping me activate my watch. He admitted he had no idea what to do to activate the device. He suggested calling tech support then gets up from me like he's going to get assistance from one of his colleagues or manager and just went to help another customer. And I'm sitting there like I'm chop suey. Needless to say I didn't get my watch activated here. I won't even go into the 4 hour long disaster I've endured this evening with the phone reps, just know my watch is still not activated. I don't know what happened at Verizon, but this experience is quite frankly embarrassing and I'm embarrassed for Verizon. Can you hear me now? What a joke!

I am never wild about coming into the phone stores because I feel like it’s usually complicated and messy.. but Sihic helped me and was so patient with me and very informative and walked me through every step. Thank you for making this as painless as possible for me and thank you for your patience!

It is impossible to call this Verizon store. Verizon decided to use the absolute worst AI model possible to answer phone calls. Completely unintuitive. How am I supposed to know if they have the equipment or not? You don't...
