Tried to return the Verizon Internet equipment, stores that were suggested originally didn’t work and I found this one on Verizon website. Only to get rude and disrespectful experience with sales people (same apparently happened to another person in front of me). They couldn’t help themselves but showing how stupid Fios customers who might think that Verizon store is Verizon store and hope for help. 8 years of great experience with Fios just flushed down the toilet.
