He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to Adan for his help and follow through

There was all this back and forth with them going to the back, and then coming back to the front. It seemed as if they were trying to work the best deal out for me, for the devices I needed, but after getting my first bill, I would have been better off with a personal plan. I didn't get the exact devices I requested, then I was told if I wanted to switch to the right devices, I would be charged a restocking fee for each line. And on top of that my service is just crap. I am paying for top tier unlimited services, only to have to connect to wifi to use my devices. I am gonna cancel my services and return their stuff. It has not been worth it for me.
