I clearly explained that I do not need an extra line, yet the representative kept pushing me to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max with a new line I will not use. It felt like the focus was more on making a sale or earning a commission than on helping me find the best option for my situation. There was another representative seated next to her, and they were exchanging looks and laughing while one of them continued to pressure me — which I found very unprofessional. I was hoping for honest guidance to upgrade my existing line, but instead I left frustrated and disappointed. I hope Verizon takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes genuine, customer-focused service in the future.

Went to the 1318 F St NW location to exchange an iPad from a promotion. John’s explanation was extremely confusing, regards the exchange process and he refunded the iPad without explaining it thoroughly, He even took $25 for the Apple Watch purchase up front—only to come back afterward and tell me I couldn’t get the watch because a bill was due, something he never mentioned before. I never got my iPad back, and I lost the $25 I paid. As I was talking to John, Store Manager Aidan jumped into the conversation from over 50 feet away, claiming he “heard the whole conversation,” which was impossible because he was waiting on another customer. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made things worse. John and Aidan started laughing after I left the store. After two decades with Verizon, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid coming to this store!
