Awesome service!
Best shopping experience in a long time. Store was well organized and the staff was exceptional. Huge thanks to George who helped us find the best computer product for our needs. Very efficient, no up-selling. Very knowledgeable.

I brought my laptop in & described to a Geek Squad worker that the laptop would say it’s charging, but it was not retaining the charge. The battery percentage never increased and was very slowly decreasing. Right off the bat, he said that it sounds like a battery issue and that I would have to get it replaced. He did not open the laptop or run a diagnostics test or anything. I came back the next week with a new battery and left the laptop with them. Two days later, I called to get an update if it was ready, and they said that the battery was not correct. They also said that they doubt the battery is the issue because the laptop would not turn on at all when it was connected to power. And since the laptop would not turn on, they could not run a diagnostics test to find the real problem. If they had run a diagnostics test when I first came in while the laptop was still turning on, 1 week of my time would not have been wasted. Paying for the Total Customer Care membership while some workers are careLESS is a huge disappointment.

I had the most spectacularly productive retail interaction with a young person in uniform who advised me not only on the right tv technology to fit my mother's needs but also swapped strategies on how to help elderly loved ones with tech remotely. Top that off with them executing a sale of the tv, which was in stock only at another location such that I spent only about 60 seconds executing the pickup, and you have a very satisfied customer. 👍👍👍👍👍

Dayell truly made our Best Buy experience amazing. From the moment he stepped in to help us, everything changed. He gave us so much time and patience not just for one day, but over two days carefully explaining every detail about the TVs we were considering and letting us explore our options without any pressure. He never once seemed tired or rushed, and because of him, we felt confident enough to finally make our purchase.
Before meeting Dayell ,we had approached another associate she was not helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in assisting us. We were basically told to “look around,” which we already knew we could do. We were honestly about to leave the store until Daren came over and genuinely asked if we needed help and that made all the difference.
If you need great service at this Best Buy, Dayell is absolutely the person to reach out to. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly cares about helping customers. This is what it looks like when the right person meets the right place. We are so thankful for his service and highly recommend him.

When I first walked in, I thought this Best Buy might not have what I needed since it’s smaller than most locations I’ve visited and there were a few empty spots on the shelves. Turns out I was completely wrong. This store had consoles and items in stock that the much larger Best Buy in my much smaller hometown hasn’t had for weeks.
Even better was Lucy, the store manager. As soon as I described what I was looking for, she knew exactly what I needed and grabbed it off the shelf before I even had the chance. Outstanding service. This store is excellent, Lucy is fantastic, and I’d gladly trade my local Best Buy for this one.
