Easy time with the return of a money clip style wallet. Lucy always expedited transactions. This location had a renovation. Appliances are no longer displayed on the floor. Instead the focus has shifted to gaming, flat screens, laptops, desktops, smart phones, smart watches, and related accessories.

GEORGE
I recently visited Best Buy and had the pleasure of working with George, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. George was extremely helpful and precise, taking the time to walk me through each step of the process. He assisted me in signing up for the Best Buy membership, clearly explaining the benefits and making the experience easy and stress-free.
George also helped me open a Best Buy credit card, which allowed me to save a significant amount on my purchase. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping me safely load my new monitor and PC into my vehicle.
A few days later, I returned to the store, and once again George delivered exceptional service. He guided me in choosing the perfect photo printer for my partner and helped me select a new mouse and keyboard for my setup. Even on a later visit, George stopped what he was doing to assist me immediately and make sure I left with exactly what I needed.
Thank you, George, for your professionalism, patience, and dedication. And thank you, Best Buy, for having such an outstanding employee.

Lucy provided truly outstanding service during my recent visit to Best Buy. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and straight to the point while helping me process a return and select my new 43-inch monitor which I’m extremely excited about. Lucy went above and beyond by offering to help me carry the monitor to my vehicle and even allowed me to keep my purchase in the store while I stepped out for a fitness class.
Employees like Lucy, along with George and Devyn represent the true definition of excellent customer service. Thank you, Lucy, for your exceptional support and dedication.

This particular location has no good customer service they do not greet you Upon entry. They are not polite with helping you. Maybe it was just The workers I Encountered.
If you can buy it at Walmart, do not buy it from Best Buy. Walmart gives you 30 days to make a return. Best Buy gives you 14 or 15 days depending on if it’s an open box I believe.
They are extremely shady. I was a day late on my return window, which is 15 days I was on The 16th day. they would not give me a refund to my original payment method.
Instead of them giving me a refund to my original payment method they made sure to put it on a gift card to make sure they get their money back.
I am not a fan Of Best Buy anymore, so I will not be shopping here and I recommend you do the same.
