    The lady who greeted us at the beginning was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the Apple Genius staff member was quite different. We simply wanted to check if the warranty applied to our phone case (another store had confirmed it does, but didn’t have our color in stock), but he was dismissive and repeatedly insisted that it voided the warranty without offering much explanation. Overall, the interaction felt unhelpful and a bit rude.

    I had a disappointing experience at the Georgetown Apple Store. During my visit with guy named Byron, I felt uncomfortable due to what seemed like unprofessional behavior from a staff member. The interaction didn’t meet the level of respect and professionalism I expect from Apple. I hope management addresses this to ensure customers feel safe and respected.

    Terrible experience with In-Store Pickup. Do not trust their system. I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max and waited for the official 'Ready for Pickup' email before heading to the store. When I arrived, the staff simply said they didn't have it due to a 'system error.' No one offered a solution, a replacement, or even a priority shipping option for the mistake. I wasted significant time and money on transportation to get here for nothing. It is unacceptable for a brand like Apple to have such poor synchronization between their app and physical stock, and even worse to offer zero customer support when their own system fails. Truly disappointing service
