    Cassie was amazing. He was able to save me a lot of time by giving me a couple steps to follow when resetting my laptop. Quick, efficient, friendly.

    Came in to purchase a new iPhone and was helped by Tyla. I did not have to wait long for help, and Tyla was very friendly. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the device I wanted, but she was able to assist me with ordering one to my home. She was a new employee, but did the right thing and always asked her colleagues for help when she needed it. I appreciate someone who is willing to get help rather than provide misinformation! Overall a great visit :) On top of all this, the store is in a beautiful historic building. I would go back just to enjoy the space.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service imaginable, with the exception of a woman named Brittany, who was very kind to me, and some of the men were fine. The other female employees were either flat out ridiculing me or not helping me at all, making me wait over 4 hours to finally determine that the new iPhone they had sold me was defective. Particularly there was a female employee with dark hair, piercings, and tattoos on the larger side who was intentionally antagonizing me, causing me to leave in tears. As for the phone, I returned it but still have not received the refund, and was charged an additional AppleCare plus fee.

    Greg at the Apple Store was incredibly delightful. I only stopped in briefly to pick something up, but he made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Even in such a short interaction, his positive attitude really stood out, great customer service!

    I went to drop off my macbook pro for a battery replacement. When they checked in my device I asked the to make sure everything was backed up to the cloud. They poked through my settings and assured me that I had a recent icloud backup from that morning. When they called to tell me it was ready for pickup I went to double check that everything worked before I paid and the keyboard would not light up. I had them keep it to run a diagnostic. I went back the next day to collect and they had run a full factory reset on my laptop deleting everything. When i tried to download everything back from the cloud they told me that I had not backed up “documents and downloads” so only my settings and passwords were restored. I LOST EVERYTHING! Every file on my computer wiped clean off and when I tried to figure out how to restore it they gruffly told me that I signed a waiver acknowledging this could happen. I’m writing this day of so I’m still a little heated. They assured me everything was backed up then deleted all of my research papers, data I’d collected, packages I’d installed… everything. And then I had to cough up the 260 and they never apologized.
