  Tired to get my iPhone 8 repaired. Called ahead of time. Machine directs me to India. She tells me they can fix it and I can make an appointment. I follow the rules show up early. Some greasy kid finally helps me just to tell me they don’t have the parts. Jokesquad

  HORRIBLE. Went in for diagnosis b/c computer wouldn't start. I wanted them to check power supply. They told me the power supply was not the problem and tried to sell me $200 dollars for a service plan to fix the problem. I declined and took my computer home to find they had left the power supply they use for testing in my computer. Funny thing is the computer worked fine and had no trouble starting up. They then called me and told that I have to come back and return the power supply. Manager admitted they made a mistake, and refused to refund my money for the poor, unprofessional service. No integrity and definitely try to rip people off with there $200 "service plan"
