- JPJohn Peterson2 days ago5.0Great experience at the Simsbury Best Buy. Overall the store was more inviting and less pushy/desperate than another local store I was in. Also, sales reps were all great on my few trips in. Educational and helpful but also respectful of your space and decision. The sales rep Daeshaun was particularly great, if you're looking to buy a tv or other similar electronics, do yourself a favor and ask for him.

No follow-up from store, and I ultimately had to reach out to receive no helpful information. And then a week later they just completely canceled the item with no additional info or follow-up. Absolute last time I preorder anything from Best Buy, or frankly ever purchase anything from Best Buy, period. Plenty of other retailers that can do it right.
