  Ending my relationship with Best Buy. They couldn’t deliver the order and when called they couldn’t tell me what was going on with the order and finally they couldn’t cancel the order. I have no idea what the problem is but the customer service took a huge dump and they’re not worth dealing with anymore.

  Good selection and competitive price. However 2 times I tried to get help buying cameras and speakers, there was nobody to help. I took business elsewhere.

  Purchased a new setup after 15 years. Stuck with the Sony Bravia series with Sony Soundbar. The rep (Jeremy) was more than helpful. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and was honest in his product assessment. Request him for any media needs. This was the West Hartford location.

  I bought two smart TV's and a Samsung Dryer from Best Buy online and picked up the TV's and had the dryer delivered. The process was flawless. I tried getting the dryer at Lowes and they scheduled and didn't show up two times so I cancelled and went to best buy it was there within days without a hitch and the delivery guys were really professional. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it.

  Bait and switch? I needed an authentic HP printer ink cartridge yesterday. I checked price and availability at Amazon and Best Buy websites. Best Buy had the 62XL Black for $49.99. The Amazon price was $54.89. I wanted to see if the local Best Buy store had it in stock so I could pick it up last night. Best Buy Live Agent chat said there was one cartridge in stock at the West Hartford store and it would cost $62.89. I noted that the Best Buy website price was $49.99. The Agent said that item was from a third party sold by Best Buy (although the product image and description were identical). I told them forgetaboutit because I could get it for $8 less on Amazon. They asked me to send both website links. I did and they untimately matched the Amazon price (not their own lower website price) and urged me to pay for it online because there were only a few in stock and could not guarantee the price match if I waited (thought they said had one in stock?).This required me to open an account and provide my name, email, cell phone and credit card. So they probably will use and sell my data. I needed the cartridge so I ordered it and picked it up.I was online with Best Buy live agent chat 45 minutes. Not worth the time and trouble. Can't believe there would be a $12.90 price difference for the same exact product between the Best Buy website vs. in store purchase.
