  Delivered broken tv won’t replace or refund told me to wait 24 hours and they’ll contact me. Asked for a supervisor the Indian lady put me on hold and pretended to be someone different. I’m out 1500 dollars and stuck with an 85” paperweight

  Ending my relationship with Best Buy. They couldn’t deliver the order and when called they couldn’t tell me what was going on with the order and finally they couldn’t cancel the order. I have no idea what the problem is but the customer service took a huge dump and they’re not worth dealing with anymore. Took them up on their offer and they basically proved my point Best Buy is dead to me.
