They didn’t honor a $5 price difference after placing the item in the wrong location. Awful customer service and complete waste of time. I’ll happily shop elsewhere. The item had nowhere else on the shelf it could have gone for the price they told me. Thanks best buy!

I knew what I wanted and the folks in the store were very helpful in pointing out comparable monitors so I could make the most educated decision (I requested them to point out comparable, they weren't trying to talk me out of my purchase of a sale item).
I was there for a "Box Open" item and, once I had decided that yes, this was the model I wanted, they were very helpful in helping me decide if the 'good' or 'fair' quality option was the better deal.

I went in to buy a laptop. I walked out empty handed. Not because they didn't have any, not because I didn't like the prices (well I didn't but I didn't care my laptop broke and I needed one asap) not because the store was busy.
No I had no one help me. I had multiple people ask me if they could help and I said yes I'd like to buy this laptop and they kept saying someone will be right over. I watched as these guys helped others that came in after me.
When I walked out I told the guy standing there (seriously instead of having some a hole stand there have him help customers) I found what I was looking for but no one would help me. He said yeah we're really busy. They were not. I'm not sure if I didn't look like I could afford a cheap laptop seeing as they were helping old men that came in after me buying things lower priced than what I was buying, I can only think of that or because I'm a female.
I bought one that day from somewhere else that was a better laptop and over $200 cheaper. So I'm glad they didn't help me because it helped me out in the long run. However I still won't ever go back to that location.

. I was next in line and the associate left and disrobed (took off his uniform) in front of me stating that he was going to put me in a queue even though I could visually see that he did not inform a single soul I don’t know his name but he is a small gentle man bald. I then waited in line and two of his coworkers had left Luis C. all alone operating by himself in the phone service area with 5 people in line Luis C handled the line a long with another associate that doesn’t even work in that department normally. He was able to inform the other guests of the waiting time and was able to assist me promptly while answering all of my questions and also apologized for the lack of communication from his other coworkers that left him. Luis did a tremendous job handling this rough situation as many people were standing in line adamant about waiting so long. Overall as someone who works in customer service, I can say that he was very professional in the way he handled the whole situation.
