  entire staff told me “that’s not my job” when i asked them to ring me out. every single person on the floor. buying the thing online from anywhere else will take less time and energy

  Luis helped us upgrade my husband’s cell phone. The process was quick and painless, even for us ‘boomers’ who are practically illiterate when it comes to technology. Service was excellent, price was reasonable and Luis had way more knowledge of the products that would suit our needs than other box stores we tried first. Thanks Luis!!!

  So some fellow collectors and I were waiting in line for the store to open. As we get in there and get to where they keep the collectibles, some lady who worked there starts talking crap to us.Saying I don't know where you guys got bad information.But there's nothing here you should go.Get a refund. Then, proceeds to tell us, I don't know why you wait outside.I'm glad that there's nothing and telling us sarcastically, BYE! have a nice day after we are leaving disappointed that there is nothing there today. There's definitely no reason for this worker to take it personal that we're there to buy stuff from the store.Frankly, it's none in her business.And honestly, i'm probably not gonna go back there.Thanks for nothing

  I have been going to this BestBuy my entire life and I made the unfortunate decision to open a Best Buy card here. Let me tell you, don’t do it. I have made 400 dollars work of payments on my card ( financing) and it disappeared. Best Buy has no record of my payment. Citi bank doesn’t even know I exist. So essentially they tanked my credit score for nothing, I’m out 400 dollars to who? And no one can find a reason why or give me any answers! Not the manager, not Citi bank. And the worst part? I’ve just been bounced around over and over again without anyone realizing that this is a credit card and it’s affecting my life!! All I needed was a new iPad to do my schoolwork and now I’m out 400 dollars, a weird credit score, and feeling helpless and frustrated.

  I purchased a laptop from best buy online and they charged me twice for the same laptop!!! Once the day I purchased it and then again when it was delivered to me!! I called the company and my card and they both blamed each other and gave me no resolution except to wait and see what happens! So I guess I'll see what happens but wanted to warn people to look for double charges when purchasing online! I won't be buying from Best Buy ever again!
