Not happy at all with my salesperson, nor the manager. I went in to purchase a phone, no trade-in, just straight purchase. A simple transaction. Nope. The salesperson kept saying if I open a new line for $7 a month, I would get a promo resulting in a cheaper monthly payment for the phone, and if I took out insurance, they would waive the $40 activation fee, making it a wash should I cancel it in two months. They must get a kickback from the insurance company. I am not sure. Very pushy salesperson. Of course, he had to go in the back to get permission from the manager. Needless to say, I recently looked at my bill, and the activation fee was never waived, and the line he said was going to be $7 a month extra, plus tax, was $30. Very shady and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Luckily, I called customer service, which was great, and they were able to credit my account $150 and cancel that inactive line that they were charging me $30 a month for. Bottom line.... just be aware and be sure to check your bill to make sure you're getting what you're signing up for.

Robert provided amazing service! My husband and I am extremely satisfied with our visit to this corporate store. We were in and out quickly! Robert is very smart and detailed and straight to the point. Answered all of our questions clearly and effortlessly. If you have an issue with your phones or service it was worth the 30 min drive for us to be helped my Robert.

I drove all around CT looking for the iPhone 17. Every other Verizon store I went to gave me a hard time. I came here and everyone was so phenomenal. They really worked hard to get me the phones even when corporate was giving me a hard time. Ten out of ten. Nick, George and everyone there is so good and knows what they are doing. Thankyou all so much!!!!
