    Outstanding Experience at Verizon Wireless – Highly Recommend! I walked into the Verizon store feeling frustrated after weeks of complicated billing and service issues that the 800-number customer service just couldn’t seem to resolve. From the moment I stepped inside, everything changed for the better. The store itself is spotless, bright, and has such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere – it immediately put me at ease. My sales representatives, Barb, Nick, and Stephanie, were absolutely fantastic. They listened patiently to my long, tangled story, worked together seamlessly, and explained everything in a way that finally made sense. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind – never once making me feel rushed or like a burden. Shameika and Quan, the account and business managers, jumped in to tackle the trickier backend issues. They dug deep, corrected multiple errors that previous reps had made, applied credits I didn’t even know I was owed, and got my entire account straightened out on the spot. What could have taken months over the phone was handled professionally and completely in one visit. Every staff member I interacted with smiled, stayed calm under pressure, and truly went above and beyond to make things right. I left the store not only with all my problems resolved but actually excited about being a Verizon customer again. Barb, Nick, Stephanie, Shameika, and Quan – thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning a frustrating situation into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This team is exceptional, and this location deserves every bit of praise. If you need help, come see them — you won’t be disappointed!

    I drive 30 minutes out of my way to specifically come to this location because of how knowledgeable the staff are when it comes to Ensuring customer satisfaction. Big thanks goes to Shameika and Stephanie for helping me choose the right phone for me. Also big shout out to Quan for helping on the back end of things resolving some technical hiccups. And I can’t forget about Barb if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be able to get a iPad. They have a family like work structure that allows them to excel in areas where at other locations I’ve had negative experiences with could learn from.

    We had a great experience today with Nevin. He went above and beyond to try to help us save our old phones information and helped us get a new phone. We are going to try Verizon’s wireless internet and are excited to see if that option works for us. Thank you Nevin!

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Verizon has been beyond unacceptable. I opened a new line on October 19, paid my sales tax, and was told I’d have my phone by October 30. That date came and went — no phone, no email, no update. I waited patiently, thinking maybe it was just a small delay. When I finally called, I was told my phone would ship on October 31. Fast-forward to November 2, and after being on hold for 1 hour , I was told my entire order was canceled — with no notification whatsoever. When I asked how that was possible, the rep brushed it off and then had the nerve to say I needed to pay an additional $88 shipping fee, even though I had already paid it. To make things worse, I was lied to repeatedly by different Verizon representatives. The store rep offered me $630 for my trade-in, while the customer service rep claimed I’d get $800 — two completely different numbers for the same phone. It feels like Verizon will say whatever it takes to make a sale, and then once you’ve signed up, you’re left in the dark. My numbers are still stuck with AT&T, and after weeks of waiting, I have no phone, no transparency, and no resolution. The gaslighting and inconsistency from every Verizon employee I’ve spoken to is astounding. I’ve been patient, polite, and understanding, but this entire experience has proven one thing: Verizon does not value its customers. After all this, I’ve decided it’s best to cancel my service entirely and move on. The stress, misinformation, and complete lack of accountability are simply not worth it. Verizon’s customer service is, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever encountered — and I strongly urge others to think twice before switching.

    Service received was amazing. Shameika was outstanding and providing all the information that was needed and overall a magnificent experience. Verizon should be honored to have Shameika and her staff as they went above and beyond.
