Call Verizon themselves for help because I had been pleased with my service until stepping foot into this store. They completely lied to my family and messed up my account as well. After 1.5 days in store I was able to resolve the issue in 30 minutes via the phone support. Illya (spelling unknown) added not one but three extra lines to my account on top of the two we were trying to add, and completely lied with quotes being offered and offered inconsistent quotes as well. He charged a family member $50 for phone set up and lied to her about what it is was for, and we had to set up the phone ourselves anyways. Tread carefully, folks.
