The day before delivery, I got a confirmation call, but that night the order was canceled with no explanation. In-store they said it was “auto-canceled” and the TV was no longer available. They only offered a display model for much more. I also lost my credit card bonus since I couldn’t use it in time. Very disappointing experience—this was my second issue with an open-box TV at Best Buy. I won’t be buying another one here again.
