    What a crap place. I purchased a 500 dollar laptop drove an hour one way to pick it up only to be told it wasn't ready to be picked up. We left had lunch came back and still not ready for pickup. Kenny"the manager" laughably called to say the least manag3d to call me boss, hoss and everything under the sun instead of just getting me the item I clearly had purchased...... my daughter and I left after two hours of waiting for nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Kenny you are a crappy person. I will be contacting corporate after the holiday Kenny. Noone makes my daughter cry. No one Kenny.

    This store has constant turnover of employees and no one here is interested in helping the customer...especially not management. I ordered an item (brand new) that totaled over $4,000. Delivery was set for A Friday and I got notified on Thursday that is was coming that day (Thursday) so I had to make sure someone was able to sign for it. When I received it, the box was in perfect condition, but the item looked like it had been runover by a truck (I assume they sent me an open box item). I took it back to the store and the manager was rude and not willing to help. I explained that I do not work from home so having someone available to sign for the delivery is not easy nor convenient. It was clear that the issue was BestBuy's fault and not mine, but the manager was still rude and offered no assistance or suggestions on how to deal with the issue. It is worth driving a little further to one of the surrounding BestBuy locations if you are going to make a big purchase or just want to be treated fairly.

    1/7/2026 i ordered 2 pieces of big kitchen appliances total value over $1,000 to be delivered on 1/10/2026. I was told that i will receive a call a day before with instruction and timeframe guidance. On 1/10 (Saturday) i got a call around 7:45am that my delivery arrived - without advance notice or prior schedule warning. I explained that i don't reside at the drop off address, and i need about 40 min to get there. Delivery staff said they won't wait and i will need to reschedule. I begged them to come back the same day later any time - but in vane. And that's despite i paid for delivery - this service isn't free. My tenants (I'm landlord) will need to wait almost a week to move-in due to this incident, and i will lose significant rental profits and inconvinience my renants, despite the contract already has been signed! The delivery rescheduled for upcoming Friday! A week later! Today I came back to the store in-person again. All they told me: it's 3rd party company who handles deliveries, it's not BestBuy's fault. I'd like everyone to know about this extremely poor & slow service. Think twice before ordering here :(
