    Worse service ever!!!! They make me come like 4 times here just for give me another tablet with the apple care, if u are a person that want to lose ur time this store is the perfect one for that! Im sure, THEY THINK PEOPLE HAVE THEIR TIME OR HAVE NOTHING TO DO i wish i could give zero stars

    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at the Apple Store in Trumbull. I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro which began experiencing display issues. Seeking assistance, I visited the store and explained the problem to the employee who assisted me. I was informed that the issue appeared to be software-related and that the device would need to be reset to factory settings. Before proceeding, the employee checked whether my backup plan was active; however, he did not verify whether the backup had successfully completed. He then reset the phone. After nearly two hours, I discovered that almost a full year’s worth of photos was missing. When I brought this to his attention, he was unable to explain what had occurred or offer a solution. The store manager was then called, and I was informed that the photos were possibly permanently lost and that I had signed a data waiver agreement acknowledging such risks. While I understand that data waivers are standard procedure, it is extremely concerning that no proper verification of a completed backup was conducted prior to resetting the device. As a customer who paid a premium price for both the device and associated services, I expected a higher level of care, diligence, and technical competence from Apple’s staff. The loss of nearly a year of personal photos is significant and deeply upsetting. This experience has not only caused emotional distress but has also severely undermined my trust in Apple’s commitment to customer care. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate guidance on any possible steps that may help recover the lost data.     Everyone here is very kind and helpful, especially T and William. I rushed in when the store opened due to a screen error on my laptop, hoping to get it fixed asap bc i had to return to class soon. After telling T this, she expedited my appointment and got William to help me immediately. William and I had a great conversation while he checked my laptop, offered resources to help me get my screen fixed, and offered to expedite my replacement screen so I have my laptop back in time for my visit home to NY. Overall, great service, and I was very happy with how T and William helped me today! <3
