  The customer care I received from your employees was spectacular. I think Joshua was the name of the young man who helped me with my purchase. He deserves a raise. All of your employees were knowledgeable and very personable

  DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME AND KEEP LYING TO ME. Something has happened to Best Buy. They have lost their minds. I have used Best Buy for so many years! Both personally and for business. I have spent so much with them. We are a very great customer. We have Geek Squad forever, and now have their new, even higher end service. My husband and I sold our big house and bought and built a brand new condo. My husband and I went in to buy three new TVS for our new home. One pretty huge. All hell broke loose with it. All of a sudden it was going to take an inordinate amount of time to get to us. We have moved and it left us in a home with no TVS. WHEN I GOT WIND OF THE DELAY I WENT BACK IN TO ORDER A 4TH TV THAT WE DIDNT NEED TO COME SOONER. IT WAS ALL SET. THEN THE 4TH NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE 18TH. THEN I COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM FOR DAYS AND COUNTLESS HOURS BECAUSE THEY ADDED AI THAT GETS YOU NO WHERE. WHEN I FINALLY COULD GET THROUGH ONE MANY OUT OF NORTH HAVEN TRIED TO HELP ME. HE ASSURED ME THE 4TH TV WAS COMING. I HAD TEXT AND EMAIL NOTICE THAT IT WAS COMING TODAY AND THAT I WOULD GET ANOTHER TEXT WITH THE SPECIFIC TIME FRAME. IT NEVER CAME. I CALLED ABOUT 50 TOMES AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALL BEING DELAYED INCONTINENT THE 4THBTV. THEY ALL HAD ATTITIDES AND SOME HUNG UP ON ME. EVEN WHEN I CALLED ESCALATION COUNTLESS TIMES THEY REFUSED YO DO ANYTHING, APOLOGIZED. REFUSED TOBGET ME OTHER TVS. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING PUNKED!!@

  The associate named Sherman is 5 stars. I stopped in for a lost remote for my fire tv after just moving to the area and he saved the day and then some. I will only buy my electronics through this store now because of his service. Good job Best Buy for hiring the employee named Sherman at this store!

  I am writing to report a poor experience involving both product quality and customer service. I have also file a complaint with the BBB. I purchased an open-box laptop listed as “Excellent Condition.” at the Trumbull store. The item was sealed, so I had no reason to believe anything was missing. However, after getting home, I discovered the charger was not included. I went to my local Best Buy to return the item, but I was then told that screws were also missing from the bottom of the laptop and that I needed to return it to the original store. This resulted in approximately 2 hours of unnecessary driving due to what appears to be improper inspection and labeling of the product. While the return itself was processed at the original store, my interaction with the manager was very disappointing. When I attempted to explain the situation and provide feedback, supervisor Sherman was dismissive, avoided eye contact, and did not offer any acknowledgment or apology. I was also left waiting without explanation, and when I asked what was happening, I was told “nothing.” This experience reflects both a failure in quality control for open-box items and a lack of basic professionalism in customer service. I would like this issue to be formally reviewed. Customers should be able to trust condition labels and expect respectful treatment when issues arise.
