    My 83 year old mother needed help with her phone. We were fortunate enough to have Rodrigo help us. He was patient (you have no idea), knowledgeable and kind. Most importantly he fixed our issues! Wait time was over an hour but it was worth the wait to have such white glove service. Thank you so much!

    We were assisted by Quinton at this Apple Store. My girlfriend has a Mac book pro 14 that was only 2 months old. We were working outside when her computer just shut off out of nowwhere. We suspected that there was an overheating issue, and looked up online that once the system is placed in a cool environment that a reset of the computer should fix it. It didn’t, so we brought it into the store where one of the associates took the back of the computer off to inspect for liquid damage and said that she couldn’t see any, and that they would have to take apart the computer to figure out what was wrong. 5 days later, they called and said there was a red liquid substance on the logic board and that we would need to replace that part… we both knew that no liquid came into contact with the computer, so on the phone call to question the diagnosis we told them that this wasn’t possible because no liquid came into contact with the device plus how could the liquid have gotten that deep into the board. The senior leader Quinton said that he pulled up pictures of the computer and said there was liquid damage, we asked to see pictures and he said that they couldn’t send them for security reasons…? Makes 0 sense we bought the device. They also couldn’t give a real reason for how the liquid could have gotten that deep in. They also couldn’t tell me if it was an LCI triggered or if it was residue, just that he was looking at pictures. We have Apple care and this should have been a repair without any kind of fee due too 0 negligence on our part. I asked that once they put the new logic board in that if we could have the damaged part so we could take it to another independent party to have it examined and they said that they wouldn’t feel comfortable with sending it out for repair. He had 0 report or reasoning behind why we had to pay $300 to have this repair and my girl friend has been without a laptop for 2 weeks at this point. For future customers, bring your device to an independent party to have it inspected and be more upfront with you. We will not be going back to this store ever again for future electronic purchases

    Went 3X even with my kid to reset ipad passcode and got no help because “system was down” every time. Employees there were rude and every time I went I was racial profiled; mind you I had my receipt they still refuse to help factory reset the iPad. Also, after this I’ll be switching to a different brand!

    I came to this store for am appointment for a battery replacement and the whole process was a mess. I came in a little bit after they opened and still had to wait for anyone to come help me. Once they did, I went through the full process that confirms my info AND I signed into my Apple ID in front of the employee. At the end when I was about to leave my phone to get fixed, i was only then told I needed to go home and come back with my ID. No mention of that when making the appointment or when they started to help me, and also… what? You just saw me sign in to my phone AND APPLE ID. i go all the way home, come back with my ID, wait again to be helped, and had my phone finally taken by a different employee. No one at this point is even mentioning an ID. i was given a SPECIFIC pickup time.. not an estimate. i came back exactly at that time and still waited for over 30 minutes while employees stood nearby having personal conversations instead of checking on what was taking so long. when they came out with my phone FINALLY, it was at 2%, even though I handed it over at 32%. To give me an almost dead phone after three hours of waiting is crazy, and inconsiderate. And the crazier part is that he did NOT ask for my ID. Just gave the phone to me, so I drove back and forth for nothing. This store being shut down is definitely deserved, because no one is consistent.

    Make sure before you walk in this store you have at least 3 hours for you to spend there waiting if you don’t have an appointment, then they will have multiple sales associates but not really a expert who with run diagnostics and tell you whats wrong with your device.
