They were open and very busy both workers did a great job working on customers as well as interacting and letting waiting clients know they will be with us n thanked us for waiting. DJ helped me and my dad both long time Verizon customers DJ got to work finding the best options for me after loosing my phone working the night before. Process was smooth and easy great communication skills by DJ knowing the best and fastest process for us. I didnt get the other gentleman’s name but he and dj worked well as a team getting thru a busy and I’m sure hard day with great customer service and attitude. Thanks again DJ even was able to call him from home to double check phone status which he promptly and easily answered my question again helping out even when not in the store.
