They were patient, kind and helpful. While I was there I watched them help quite a few elderly people who were struggling to understand their phones. They were awesome. It reminded me that they aren’t all bad, in fact Southbury Verizon is quite good!

Ty, Sej, and Dmitry stayed over 45 minutes past closing making sure I not only got everything done and accomplished but even saved me money and set me up with a better plan I would’ve set myself up with online. All three of them were not only extremely professional, but were personable, humorous, and extremely easy to chat and work with. I absolutely will be returning and will continue to trust them with my questions and concerns! If you happen to stop by and meet them - ask Ty and Sej about their pups Peace, Tomato, and Potato; you won’t be disappointed!
